We want to make 100% sure our customers are using the full potential of Salesforce in accordance to their strategic and operational goals and processes.

To do this, a Customer Success Manager will accompany and guide you  throughout, but also after the implementation phase. During  this development, your main point of contact will still be the Project Manager. A close cooperation with the Success Manager will however maximise the chances of a smooth go-live and a well-aligned set of expectations and deliveries. In projects with multiple consecutive sprints, for example, a release plan or intermediate training sessions might prove invaluable.
